IT LEADER (1)

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Professional Experience:

• 5 years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is essential, particularly with shop floor systems, automation interfaces, and enterprise-level infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and support business continuity in high-availability production settings.
• Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP) – a strong plus.
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure: servers, networks (LAN/WAN), data centers, cloud systems, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, data protection, and network security protocols.
• Proven success in project management for IT infrastructure upgrades, ERP implementations, or cybersecurity enhancements.
• Ability to lead root cause analysis (RCA) for production IT incidents and ensure timely resolution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Database (SQL, MySQL) & Server Management (Windows Server 2016 and Lower) (SQL, MySQL)
2. Perform application of email and other software/program registration of employees
3. Perform Computer Hardware and Software troubleshooting and maintenance
4. Administer PABX configuration and maintenance.
5. Plans, analyze, develop, and test computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems
6. Ensure the effectiveness of the developed system and programs.
7. Maintains the quality, environmental, health and safety systems structure in place to meet the company’s vision, quality/ environmental objectives and targets
8. Performs other duties and responsibilities related to their nature of work as maybe assigned by the immediate superior
9. Establishment of software validation protocol and reports
10. Prepares and manage budget for IT peripherals, devices and equipment’s.
11. Ensures  excellent and stable internet connection company wide.
12. ERP SAP System Support.
