EQUIPMENT ENGINEERING MANAGER(1)

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Equipment/Manufacturing Engineering).
• Master’s degree (optional, but preferred) in Engineering, Engineering Management, or Business Administration (MBA).

Professional Experience:

• 5–10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 2–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Experience with equipment installation, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of equipment design, maintenance, and reliability engineering.
• Familiarity with automation, control systems, and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of safety standards, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with project management software, CAD tools, CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems).
